I’m a senior value creation operating partner with 7 years experience working for a leading UK mid-market Private Equity investor, leading digital and marketing transformation, Ecommerce growth, sales optimisation and sustainability led value creation strategies across a portfolio of 90+ B2B and B2C companies.
Throughout my career in Private Equity, I also supported across 100+ pre-deal opportunities appraisals, both as a Digital SME and a value creation expert.
Born in France and living in the UK since 2007, I have lived and worked across 3 continents and am trilingual French/English/Spanish.

Combining my experience as a pragmatic operator and a strategist with my passion for technology led innovation, and a strong desire to put my experience to the service of the fight against climate change, I am the founder of Carbon Heroes, the UK’s first platform for financing urban nature-based solutions.
Through this experience, I've gained deep knowledge and experience of the voluntary carbon and social value markets. I am a member and certified Social Value & SROI practicioner of Social Value UK.
